Ciara Naughton: The Narrative Guide
Ciara Naughton's creative partnership is integral to 'The Way Things Used 2 B.' As a co-writer/director and a producer, she co-pilots the film's narrative journey, bringing depth and authenticity to its characters and themes. She hopes her passion and dedication can be felt throughout the film.

Kurstin Moser: The Multi-Hyphenate Maestro
As one of the driving forces behind 'The Way Things Used 2 B,' Kurstin Moser wears many hats. She is one of the co-writer/directors and a producer, meticulously shaping the narrative. Her artistic touch extends to editor and colorist, ensuring every visual detail aligns with her heartfelt storytelling.

Adam Coe: The Visual Storyteller
Adam Coe, our brilliant cinematographer, is the artist behind the lens, transforming words into compelling visuals. His keen eye and technical expertise capture the emotion and scenic beauty of 'The Way Things Used 2 B,' making every shot feel like home.

Burke Hutchinson: The Chaos Coordinator
Burke Hutchinson, a dedicated producer for 'The Way Things Used 2 B,' ensured that every aspect of the film's production ran seamlessly. After helping to produce TWTU2B, Burke went on to create and direct his own short, Post Box. Since graduating, he's moved to NYC and took a step away from film production to become a professional actor. You can keep up with him on instagram: @burkehutch.

Mat Mruz: The Auditory Architect
Mat Mruz is the sonic wizard of 'The Way Things Used 2 B,' serving as sound recordist, designer, mixer, as well as a producer. He crafts the film's immersive soundscape, ensuring every whisper, melody, and ambient noise enriches the storytelling and deepens the audience's experience.

1st Assistant Director
Madelynn made sure every magic moment on set was done to perfection as our amazing assistant director. Maddy is continuing her stellar on set work as a freelance filmmaker and producer, as well as an assistant role at WME!
1st Assistant Camera
Justin D'Emilio is a talented assistant camera and filmmaker currently working freelance in Los Angeles, as well as a content creative assistant at Atlas Lens Co. His hard work and dedication made this film possible and we're lucky to have had him on board!
Gaffer
Jack of all trades, Joel Liss is a producer, director of photography, gaffer, and grip. As a DoP and Gaffer, he's worked for clients like USA Today, Unwell Media, and BET, and has credits on projects like Farmer Wants a Wife and Real Housewives of Beverley Hills. He's produced over a dozen short films and is currently in production on his first feature film.
Grip
Paul Sawina is an AV technician and freelance production assistant in the NYC film scene, having worked on shows like The Morning Show and FBI: Most Wanted. Paul is also a musician whose contributions rounded out the soundtrack for our film, primarily in dock scene. He also is a talented screenwriter!
Production Assistant
Gianna was the epitome of a world-class PA on our set, ensuring a helping hand wherever she may have been needed. Gianna's skills have only widened since then, as she continues her passion for film as a freelance production assistant!
Script Supervisor
Although this was Nick's first-time on set, his aptitude for filmmaking in all forms shined through. He has since continued with his pursuit in screenwriting and even wrote his own short film with our Producer Burke Hutchinson, "Postbox".
Still Photographer
Elizabeth is a one of a kind collaborator, eager to capture every moment. Elizabeth brings sunshine and good vibes even on the most stressful of shoots, and certainly made the "Used 2 B" experience more memorable for us all. You may even catch Elizabeth in a small role halfway through the film!
